BEFORE THE OPERATION

Prepare everything in your home before the operation

Buy food you like a lot, fruit and lots of juice boxes. This will be especially helpful as you recover.
Take the things you will need off the shelves to make it easier for you (this is especially important with breast augmentation). Have plenty of pillows handy, you'll need to sleep in an elevated position for the first few days to avoid swelling. This is especially important if you have breast augmentation and want the implants to stay in the perfect position during the initial recovery period.

Right now is the time to get the attention that every beautiful woman like you desires.
It is mandatory for your loved one to be with you at all times during the first and second evenings. This person should be able to change your cooling bandages if needed, give you fluids and prepare your food, check on you at night and most importantly know if there are any problems and contact us. If you don't have anyone available, you can always hire a nurse or intern to look after you. If you have children it is a good idea to hire someone to look after them for at least 2-6 days.

Remember, this is a time when you are recovering and it is not good to engage in any strenuous work. The first week you will not be able to drive because of the discomfort and the painkillers.

Day before surgery

  • We may harass you over the phone to remind you again of EVERYTHING YOU CAN AND CAN'T DO.
  • You should not drink alcohol for at least 24 hours before surgery
  • You should not take liquids (water, juices, coffee, etc.) and food at least 6 hours before the operation
  • Do not take jewelry or wear jewelry (no rings, earrings, chains, watches, rings, etc.)
  • Tongue and nose piercings must be removed, this is important for anesthesia. If you have a body piercing that cannot be removed, please let us know in advance!
  • If you wear contact lenses, remove them on the day of surgery and wear glasses instead.
  • Wear comfortable clothes - loose, with zippers or buttons, not over the head.
  • If you have long hair you will need to put it back.
  • Sunglasses and a wide-brimmed hat are not a bad idea for patients having a facelift or blepharoplasty. Make sure your hat fits loosely and is made of soft materials.

If you are under the age of 18 may undergo surgery only with the written consent of both parents.
