Аугментационната маммапластика (увеличаване на бюста)  е една от най-често извършваната естетична операция. Тази операция може да осигури на жените с малък или неатрактивен бюст по-добър обем, пропорции и вид чрез поставяне на силиконови импланти. Много и различни са причините поради които жените посещават нашата клиника включващи по-добър размер и повдигане на гърдите след отслабване, раждане и кърмене, вродени заболявания и асиметрии. И тъй като всеки случай е различен и всяка жена има уникални изисквания за тялото си предоперативната консултация трябва да е много подробна.

Доктор Заякова отделя много време за тези консултации за да може да разбере желанието на пациентката, да установи индивидуалните анатомични особености и заедно с пациентката да подберат най-подходящия по форма, размер и обем имплант, а също така да решат къде ще бъде разрезът и позицията на импланта. В случаите на голямо увисване на бюста доктор Заякова препоръчва съчетаване на операцията с лифтинг на гърдите. Освен задължителните изследвания на кръвта за тази операция е задължително да направите ехография на гърдите ако сте на възраст от 18 до 35 години и мамография ако сте над 35 години.

The wide variety of prostheses is determined by the following characteristics:
shell - smooth and textured;

• content – liquid silicone, cohesive gel, physiological serum;
• shape - round and anatomical;
• height – short, medium, tall and very tall.

The implants we work with are of the highest class: the shell is rough (textured) and filled with cohesive gel regardless of the shape. This gel has the advantage that if the integrity of the shell is broken, it does not come out, but stays in place.

The operation is performed under general anesthesia. Its duration is not less than two hours. The incision is made:

• under the breast
• around the areola
• axillary
• Placement of an implant through the umbilicus, TUBA method is possible only for prostheses filled with saline solution.

The implant can be placed:behind the gland, behind the fascia of the muscle, under the muscle, or in a dual plane.
The difference between submuscular implant placement and dual plane is the technique of muscle release. There are three subtypes of the double plan, and the second and third options allow us to avoid additional incisions in certain cases of sagging bust. Your incisions will be closed with absorbable sutures (the body dissolves them) and will not need to be removed. You wake up with the elastic underwear and tape required in the post-operative period. All the necessary medications-antibiotics and painkillers while you are with us will be given intravenously. The pains are slightly stronger when the implants are placed subcutaneously.

The first 24-72 hours you will have a feeling of discomfort, tension in the breast, which is due to the swelling. Upon leaving the clinic, you receive a passport for the implants, which is also your guarantee for them. At home, you will take the antibiotic and painkillers orally. You will need to visit the clinic again on the second day of the operation, when you will be examined and bandages will be applied to allow you to bathe. Any postoperative pain, swelling, tension will gradually subside. You will wear the elastic underwear for 30 days. A patient who has undergone such an operation can return to work after 7-15 days if he feels ready for it. Sports, heavy lifting should be postponed for a month. The scars fade gradually over a period of 3 to 12 months, depending on the individual characteristics of your body.

Are there any risks? уголемяване на гърди

All surgical interventions carry risk, and plastic surgery is no exception. Serious complications are not common when the surgery is done by a qualified plastic surgeon. Possible complications include: infection, hematoma, seroma, capsular contracture, change in nipple sensitivity, synmastia, delayed healing, persistent pain, unsatisfactory aesthetic result, implant rupture (mainly with saline implants).

Revision surgery: It is performed after implants have been placed and a complication has occurred or an unsatisfactory aesthetic result. The development of an infection may require temporary removal of the implant and after a period of one or three months it must be reinserted. Seromas and hematomas are drained, it is possible to do this under general anesthesia.
Aesthetic correction may be necessary for the purpose of:

• changing the size of the implant
• improving breast symmetry
• replacement of a ruptured implant
